The 3D Contest Terms and Conditions
The 3D Viewing Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Eye Adventures. The Contest begins at the start of each month and ends on the last day of that same month.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals all over the world who will be 13 years of age or older at the time they enter the contest. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Contest requires entrants to enter all the hidden objects they see inside the 3D image. To enter, go to www.eyeadventures.com via the Internet. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), forged, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, obscene, profane, harassing, that may infringe upon or violate another party’s rights, or for any legal reason, in its sole discretion.
3. Contestant agrees to let Eye Adventures use the contestants entry on our website, newsletter or in any of our promotional materials.
4. Eye Adventures cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries. Eye Adventures will make every reasonable attempt to deliver prizes to the email address indicated. The entrant is responsible to provide correct information. If we can not contact you we can not reward you.
5. SELECTION OF CONTEST WINNER: Within 10 days of the months end the management of Eye adventures will determine if the contestant has identified all the hidden objects within the image. In the event that more than one entrant identifies all the hidden objects, all these contestants will be awarded the downloads promised to our winners.
6. PRIZES: All prizes promised as part of this monthly contest will be delivered to your email address within 7 days of judging.
7. Eye Adventures reserves the sole right to determine eligibility and to adjust contest rules if necessary based on volume of entries or legal requirements. All prizes will be awarded. Contest participants are responsible for checking this site for changes.
8. CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsors, their officers, directors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for, (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, postage due or illegible entries; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or usage of the prize; or (iii) printing, distribution or production errors. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsors and their agencies to use the winner’s name, address (city and state), entry, and/or likeness and voice for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation Internet, unless prohibited by law. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsors at their sole discretion reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest. Void where prohibited.
9. Eye Adventures, Inc. is not responsible for any additional content on th esites of our contestants, nor is the company responsible for any damage to contestant or visitor computer equipment or data that may result from system malfunction or corrupted/infected files. Scanning any file prior to download with a virus protection program is recommended.
10. DISCLAIMERS: Sponsors are not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or misuse of prize(s), participation in Contest, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, forged, illegible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from Contest.
